Uktodo’yu kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ve Gizlilik Politikasını kabul etmiş olursun. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsan hizmeti kullanmamalısın.

2. Hizmet

Uktodo; görev, hatırlatıcı, liste, tekrar, planlama, widget ve kişiselleştirme araçları sunan bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. Özellikler, platforma ve seçtiğin plana göre değişebilir.

3. Hesabın

Uktodo’ya Google ile giriş yaparak erişirsin. Hesabınla gerçekleşen işlemlerden sorumlusun ve cihazına ya da Google hesabına yetkisiz erişim olduğunu düşünüyorsan gerekli güvenlik önlemlerini almalısın.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uktodo’yu yasalara aykırı şekilde kullanamaz; hizmetin güvenliğini, erişilebilirliğini veya diğer kullanıcıların verilerini riske atacak girişimlerde bulunamazsın. Hizmetin teknik sınırlarını aşmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya yetkisiz erişim elde etmeye çalışmak yasaktır.

5. Verilerin

Görev içeriklerinin sorumluluğu sana aittir. Uktodo, içeriklerinin sahibi değildir; hizmeti sunabilmek için gerekli sınırlı işleme hakkına sahiptir. Verilerinle ilgili işlem ayrıntıları Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanır.

6. Kullanılabilirlik ve değişiklikler

Hizmeti güvenilir tutmak için çaba gösteririz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Özellikleri güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri makul biçimde duyurmaya çalışırız.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uktodo, görevlerini yönetmene yardımcı olan bir araçtır; kritik süreleri ya da yükümlülükleri takip etmek için tek başına güvenilmesi gereken bir sistem değildir. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımı veya kullanılamaması nedeniyle oluşan dolaylı zararlar için sorumluluk kabul etmeyiz.

8. Hesabın sonlandırılması

Hesabını uygulama içindeki hesap silme seçeneğinden istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Bu koşulların ihlal edildiğini makul olarak düşünürsek, hesabını askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

9. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm yayımlandığında son güncelleme tarihini değiştiririz. Hizmeti güncellenmiş koşullardan sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, zorunlu hukuki hakların saklı kalmak üzere, bu koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Uktodo, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

Uktodo is a productivity app offering tasks, reminders, lists, recurrence, planning, widgets, and personalization tools. Features may vary by platform and selected plan.

3. Your account

You access Uktodo through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and should take appropriate action if you suspect unauthorized access to your device or Google Account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Uktodo unlawfully or attempt to compromise the security, availability, or data of the service or other users. Attempting to exceed technical limits, reverse engineer the service, or obtain unauthorized access is prohibited.

5. Your data

You remain responsible for your task content. Uktodo does not claim ownership of your content; we only process it as necessary to provide the service. The details of that processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove features and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

Uktodo is a tool to help manage your tasks; it should not be the sole system you rely on for critical deadlines or obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion option. We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we publish a new version, we will update the last-modified date. Continuing to use the service after the update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
